BSSP is not a typical ad agency. Not in our structure, or in the way we approach our clients’ business. Our people know it, the search consultants know it, and our clients know it. Collaboration is one of our founding tenets, and it’s hard to find work here that hasn’t been affected by many, both internally and externally. As a member of Worldwide Partners, Inc., a global network of independent agencies, we have access to outstanding resources for insight and campaign implementation around the globe. Here are a few of the things that we believe you’d be hard pressed to find at other companies:
- We have over 170 people in our creative department. In fact, we have approximately 170 people in our agency. Go figure.
- We don’t have a cult of personality running the joint. This place is bigger than any individual partner or person.
- Advertising isn’t an art. It’s a business. It’s only art if history says so.
- Design is branding. That’s why we don’t have a house style.
